The moving coil efficiently captures the magnetic flux generated by magnets arranged within the magnetic shaft, converting it into thrust with high efficiency. Moreover, it is compact and lightweight because it does not require a frame. ■Linear Scale This is a uniquely developed magnetic scale supported by Yamaha's outstanding magnetic signal detection technology. It achieves high resolution of 1μm while maintaining low cost. The scale is made of metal with high magnetic retention, making it resistant to thermal expansion and aging.
