The wireless bar coater from OSG System Products is a bar coater with an integrated shape that does not use wire. It achieves ultra-thin film specifications through precision molds manufactured with high accuracy. It can produce bars equivalent to wire gauge #0.7 and below (wire diameter 0.0257mm), and it is possible to create bars of any volume without being constrained by wire gauge. For example, it can produce bars equivalent to #1.5. Additionally, it has features not found in wire bars, such as: - Reduced clogging - Excellent cleanability - Superior leveling properties (less prone to streaking) It is also possible to design and manufacture special shapes, allowing for the adjustment of the profile to suit the coating environment.
