[Case Study of Wooden Biomass Boiler Installation] Miyama Town Nature and Culture Village Kajikaso
Used for heating bathtubs, hot water supply, and lobby heating in accommodation facilities! Reducing CO2 emissions.
We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction of a wood biomass boiler at the Kawashita-so in the Miyama Town Nature and Culture Village. Using dead trees from oak and pine, as well as thinned wood as fuel, it is utilized for heating the bath in the accommodation facility, providing hot water, and heating the lobby. Before the introduction, an oil boiler was used as the heat source, but with the installation of the biomass boiler, fossil fuel consumption has been reduced, leading to a decrease in CO2 emissions from fossil fuels. 【Case Overview】 ■ Application: Accommodation facility hot water supply, bath heating, heating ■ Fuel: Wood chips (moisture content DB 100%) ■ Hot water unit model: Movable grate type UTSR-300.32 ■ Hot water unit output: 300 kW ■ Silo discharge system: Vent arm type ■ Installation date: March 25, 2012 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
