Using waste plastics and food scraps from factories as fuel! A stepping stone towards achieving zero emissions and a decarbonized society!
The "waste plastic, food waste, and biomass boiler" generates energy by reusing waste materials.
By reducing fossil fuels and waste disposal costs, and by co-firing with plant-derived materials such as wood fuel and coffee grounds, it is possible to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
【Features】
■ Converts waste such as food scraps and waste plastics from factories into fuel.
<Examples> Waste plastics (including RPF, RDF), animal and plant residues, tea leaves, coffee grounds, spent mushroom substrate, sludge, rice husks, etc.
■ Can be utilized for heat as steam (small-scale once-through boiler with a normal pressure of about 0.8 MPa and an evaporation capacity of about 500 to 1000 kg/h) or hot water (hot water boiler of about 500 kW).
■ We propose a resource recycling-type thermal utilization system that includes not only the boiler but also the pre-treatment processes (crushing, molding, drying, etc.) for converting waste into fuel.
The introduction of the boiler begins with an examination of the characteristics of the waste, whether pre-treatment is necessary, and whether combustion is non-hazardous. You can leave the examination of the waste, combustion tests, and actual implementation to Tomoe Shokai.
