A capacitive level sensor is installed at approximately one-third of the height from the bottom of the hopper. We recommended and implemented the installation of two Brodie disks mini near the discharge area, avoiding the sensor, and two Brodie disks above that. However, the customer expressed that they "do not want to repeat the same mistakes as before with the actual machine," so they decided to observe the effects of our equipment using their own 1000mm hopper. We lent them four units of our equipment (blow disk) necessary for this, and after testing, the results were very favorable, leading to immediate adoption in the actual machine. A customer who installed the Brodisk a few years ago has decided to adopt it again. The material is the same powder as last time. This is an example of a problem solved using a blow disk, based on consultations from operators using special vehicles. The vacuum vehicle discharges what it has suctioned into a flexible container, but due to the degree of tank dumping, there were cases where the powder did not fall. By installing a blow disk in the accumulation area, the problem was resolved. We adopted the 'Brodisk' because the resin pellets from waste plastic were bridging in the hopper and could not be filled into the bulk bag. Although the flowability of the material is not particularly poor, there were issues with discharge due to the gentle slope of the hopper. In cases with this level of flowability and hopper size, it is common to install one unit per side near the discharge area (a total of four units). However, in this case, due to the gentle slope of the hopper, we installed two units per side (a total of eight units). Additionally, the air ON time was set slightly longer.
