We would like to introduce the durability of the "cardboard pallets" we handle. We conducted a comparison of load strength based on the storage environment of cardboard pallets (stacked leg type, dimensions 700×800). We checked for any deformation when the pallets were lifted by a forklift with cargo stacked on them and when they were placed on the floor. Tests were conducted on standard products left indoors and outdoors, as well as on water-repellent treated products left outdoors, and in both cases, no deformation occurred under a load of 162 kg. The weight of the wooden pallets used in the tests, which have the same dimensions, is approximately 24 kg, while our product weighs about 3 kg, making it lightweight and sufficiently strong.
