We would like to introduce the durability of the "cardboard pallets" we handle. We conducted a comparison of load strength based on the storage environment of cardboard pallets (stacked leg type, dimensions 700×800). We checked for any deformation when the pallets were lifted by a forklift with cargo stacked on them and when they were placed on the floor. Tests were conducted on standard products left indoors and outdoors, as well as on water-repellent treated products left outdoors, and in both cases, no deformation occurred under a load of 162 kg. The weight of the wooden pallets used in the tests, which have the same dimensions, is approximately 24 kg, while our product weighs about 3 kg, making it lightweight and sufficiently strong. Additionally, we have acquired 100% of the shares of Fukuno Cardboard Industry Co., Ltd., making it a group company as of February 28, 2018. The sales area is expected to cover the entire Kanto region. Furthermore, until the new manufacturing equipment specified by our company is established at Fukuno Cardboard Industry Co., Ltd., our production system will handle orders and manufacturing at our headquarters factory in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture. Orders and manufacturing at Fukuno Cardboard Industry Co., Ltd. will continue as usual.
