It primarily consists of nichrome wire (the heating element) wound around a molded piece of magnesium oxide called a bobbin, which is then placed inside a metal pipe such as stainless steel. After filling with magnesium oxide powder, the heater undergoes a squeezing process to increase the filling density of the magnesium oxide, allowing it to release more heat to the outside of the heater pipe. This makes it an excellent heater.
