The gas pressurization stimulation culture device from STREX is a system consisting of a dedicated pressure chamber and a controller. The chamber is pressurized at the pressure set by the controller. Since the gas in both the incubator and the chamber is replaced, pressurized stimulation culture can be performed under incubator conditions. Vacuum Pressure Stretching Stimulator Cell Culture Device 'Flex Jr.'

We provide stretching stimulation to cells with a soft bottom plate!

Flexcell's Flex Jr. allows for the cultivation of cells seeded on a dedicated soft bottom plate (BioFlex) by stretching them under vacuum pressure from a vacuum pump, providing mechanical stretch stimulation to the cells. With dedicated computer software, stimulation protocols and waveforms can be easily set, enabling the circular culture surface to be stretched 360 degrees, thus providing stimulation that is very close to in vivo conditions.
