It is possible to measure coatings on both ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates in combination with the probe.

Since the probes are compatible, you can freely combine the main unit and the probes. Depending on the measurement target, you can connect a compatible probe for ferrous materials (electromagnetic type), a probe for non-ferrous metals (eddy current type), or a dual probe for both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The newly introduced dual-type probe (FN-325) can automatically recognize and measure ferrous and non-ferrous base metals. It features a two-point adjustment for zero calibration and standard calibration. It complies with various standards, including JIS K 5600, as well as regulations, internal rules, and standards from government agencies, testing laboratories, research institutes, and various organizations, along with international standards such as ISO 2808. *If you are using it for the first time, please select at least one type of main unit and one type of probe.
