Lead-free brass rod BZ5A is suitable for precision machining as an alternative to C3604, but complete separation of chips is necessary. Lead-free aluminum CB156 is a material with cutting properties similar to A2011. Sulfur-cutting steel SUM23 is a sulfur-based free-cutting steel that is lead-free. Due to the large openings, significant deformation occurs at the moment of cutting due to cutting resistance and the release of internal stress, so we developed a machining method that prevents deformation. 2. Since high precision is required, we selected a heat treatment method that does not cause deformation. 3.
