The 'EWR 500' reliably removes burrs between the tool and hole wall that could not be completely eliminated by conventional reaming in a short time. Here is a case study of fine burr removal from precision parts. We received a request for burr removal from a precision press-cut plate with a thickness of 0.3mm, featuring a φ5.5 hole at the center of a 17x17 square. The burr around the φ5.5 hole measured 4 to 5μm in height. If stacked as is, the hole area would slightly bulge, resulting in an uneven height and failing to achieve the desired characteristics. Therefore, we removed only the burr without causing warping or distortion, and without scratching the flat surface.
