VPI Molding Process - Demolding from B-Type Set
Significantly reduce material loss, man-hours, and waste! Introduction of a new molding method.
"Vacuum press molding" is a new molding method that can significantly reduce material loss, labor hours, and waste, while also shortening the molding cycle, improving dimensional stability, and achieving a higher quality appearance (or a smoother laminated surface), serving as an alternative to methods such as HLU/SPU/L-RTM molding. Not only does it enable stable production of the same quality regardless of the operator's skill level, but it also significantly mitigates the issue of substances like styrene, which have become subject to management measures due to the recent amendment of Article 28, Paragraph 3 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, filling the work environment. Operators no longer need to use rollers for the de-bubbling process. **Benefits of Utilization** - **Environmental Improvement** - Reduction of volatile styrene, a safe and clean working environment, and a significant reduction in industrial waste. - **Quality Enhancement** - Dimensional stability, increased strength, and smoothness of the molded product's laminated surface. **Features of VPI Molding** - Depending on the shape, it can be used for sizes up to approximately 50 m². - Silicone molds can be reused dozens to hundreds of times, making them very economical. - It can also be used for CFRP (CF + Epoxy) molding. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
