VPI Molding Process - Demolding from B-Type Set

Not only does it enable stable production of the same quality regardless of the operator's skill level, but it also significantly mitigates the issue of substances like styrene, which have become subject to management measures due to the recent amendment of Article 28, Paragraph 3 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, filling the work environment. Blast Surface Roughness Comparison Plate

It is used to evaluate the roughness of metal surfaces treated with grit blast and shot blast.

The comparison plate is divided into four stages of different roughness, and the roughness of the inspection target surface is confirmed visually or with a magnifying glass through the hole in the center of the comparison plate to evaluate the blast roughness. It is used for the evaluation method of blast surfaces specified in ISO 8503-1 and JIS Z 0313. There are comparison plates for grit blasting (G) and shot blasting (S). The surface roughness for grit blasting is 25, 60, 100, and 150 μm, while for shot blasting it is 25, 40, 70, and 100 μm.
