In response, to enhance the sliding of the inkjet printer nozzle, we applied an electrodeposition coating with a thickness of 5μm to the pores (Φ0.2mm). The thickness of the electrodeposition coating can be controlled within a range of ±1 to 2μm, typically between 10 to 15μm.
