【Case Study of Electrolyzed Water Generation Device】Educational Institution
A case where it became possible to smoothly carry out work because there was no need to dilute the concentrate and generated water could be used like tap water.
We would like to introduce a case where an "electrolyzed water generation device" was introduced to the food service room of the management nutritionist training program at Kobe Women's University. In this facility, sodium hypochlorite was used for disinfecting and cleaning vegetables and fruits, but there were challenges in wanting to switch to acidic electrolyzed water to ensure safety while improving work efficiency. After the introduction, it became possible to generate a large amount of acidic electrolyzed water in a short time, which allowed for a reduction in the immersion and rinsing time of food, making disinfection easier. [Purpose of Introduction] - Sodium hypochlorite was used for disinfecting and cleaning vegetables and fruits, but we wanted to switch to acidic electrolyzed water to ensure safety while improving work efficiency. - We hope students learn a hygiene management method that considers the SDGs by reducing the amount of detergent used and minimizing the environmental impact. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
