Since these products are used for reinforcement purposes, the main requirements can be broadly categorized into three aspects: "rigidity, weight, and cost." The thickness settings for all these conditions were significantly related, but we were able to provide products with thickness settings that satisfied all the conditions for our customers. The horizontal C-shaped section has been subjected to tapping (threading) processing, allowing it to be assembled with other components. This work was originally produced overseas, but it has now been decided to produce it domestically. Therefore, we will produce it at our company, which carries out everything from extrusion processing to cutting processing in a consistent manner. By using extrusion processing of aluminum material, we reduce processing man-hours compared to machining and simultaneously improve material yield rates to achieve cost reduction. In this case, while the technical difficulty of the extrusion processing is not high, the work itself is relatively large, necessitating a large mold for the extrusion process.
