This is a scenario that a certain Korean mold manufacturer actually faced when successfully securing a large order from Germany.

The mold manufacturer was able to secure a large order for die cushion pin specification molds with the support of the KALLER Korea team. Initially, this order for their own use was hesitated due to the lack of press functionality necessary for properly operating and trialing the cushion molds at this mold manufacturer. This functionality generates mold cushion pressure as pad pressure and clamping force within the mold through an air or hydraulic-driven cushion integrated inside or underneath the press, rather than using conventional springs.
