Cam Unit for Press Molds "Flex Cam"

Contributes to shortening various metal processing processes such as piercing, cutting, forming, and flanging, as well as reducing mold costs. Can be installed on existing molds as well.

The "Flex Cam" consists of a hydraulic power unit/accumulator, a cam unit (force cylinder), and hoses, and can be used for piercing, cutting, forming, flanging, and more. Since multiple processes can be performed within the same mold, it has the potential to shorten the manufacturing process, as well as contribute to reducing sliding troubles and mold costs.
