The adhesive surface was cut at an angle to increase the bonding area, allowing for a stronger adhesion. Although the wire diameter was thick and the size was large, it was finished to the specified dimensions. O-rings are typically produced through heat vulcanization compression molding, but we may also process them by adhesive methods from round cord based on customer requests.

When processing as a single piece, it requires processing from a rubber sheet with a thickness of 60mm, and the machines that can handle this are limited. If adhesive processing is possible, we can offer it at a low cost.
