In the downstream (purification process) of monoclonal antibody (mAb) manufacturing, it is common to use chromatography resin for the Protein A column capture step and the polishing step, which is called impurity removal. This document introduces a method that connects two columns used in the polishing step and employs them in flow-through mode.
