In hot seasons, measures against heatstroke are essential. Although the building of the cosmetics manufacturer we consulted with already had air conditioning equipment installed, it was not very effective in countering the heat. To help prevent heatstroke among employees, we proposed the installation of heat-shielding sheets. 【Background Leading to Implementation】 - A site survey was conducted the previous year, and the installation was carried out after sufficient discussions. - The interior of the building is spacious, and since it was possible to bring in high-altitude work vehicles for the installation, we received cooperation in moving materials within the construction space by setting up scaffolding. 【Effects of Implementation】 To confirm the effects after installation, measurements were taken using a thermal camera (main image). The high-performance "heat-insulating sheet" is a heat-insulating material that cuts 99% of radiant heat, which cannot be prevented by insulation alone.
