A center-axis-free overlapping stirring blade that enables a significant improvement in mixed performance.

This is a center-axis-less overlapping stirring blade that significantly improves mixing performance in the ultra-high viscosity range (stirring Reynolds number of 1 or less), where mixing in conventional stirring tanks has been difficult. The wings, arranged in a multi-stage inclined configuration, generate strong up and down flows, and to further enhance mixing at the bottom of the tank, specially designed bottom wings have also been added. The multi-stage inclined wings add a dividing and stretching effect, achieving high mixing performance. Additionally, a flow pattern is obtained that is less affected by fluctuations in liquid volume, resulting in mixing performance that is not influenced by the liquid surface. High-performance impeller Super Mix Series RB Mixing System

It is possible to efficiently perform low shear mixing in pharmaceuticals, water treatment, and other applications, starting with biotechnology.

The role of the impeller in the RB mixing system is not active stirring. The hint lies in the natural flow and rectifying action of the environment, as well as in tornadoes that can even lift houses. The thought was, "What would happen if we created that rectifying action and tornado within the mixing tank?" The system is composed of "radial blades" that generate a swirling flow within the mixing tank, efficiently converting the swirling flow directed towards the center at the bottom of the tank (boundary layer effect) into a tornado-like upward flow, establishing a flow pattern that cannot be conceived from traditional stirring concepts. Since the swirling flow is the main flow, it allows for efficient low-shear mixing of bioproducts, chemicals, and water treatment by reducing the relative velocity difference near the blades. Additionally, the short mixing shaft, which is another characteristic, eliminates the need to worry about the starting torque of the blades buried in solid particles.
