■Strong against lightning (Enhanced lightning protection) We have strengthened the surge resistance to reduce damage caused by induced lightning. *This does not guarantee protection against failures or malfunctions due to lightning strikes. ■Structure that prevents entry of ants and other pests (Insect and drip-proof design) By using insect-proof bushings and dedicated gaskets that envelop the wires, we achieve high dust, drip, and insect prevention measures (equivalent to IP65). The insect-proof bushing can be cut to fit the size of the wire, preventing the entry of insects and water from the wire entry point, thus protecting the circuit board from corrosion. ■Energy-saving design (Reduced current consumption) We have significantly reduced current consumption (to less than 50% compared to our conventional models). This allows for the use of smaller power supplies than before, eliminating the need for thick wiring even over long distances, which greatly reduces wiring material costs. ■Strong against ambient light (Dual modulation method) By adopting our unique dual modulation method for the infrared beam, we enhance the ability to distinguish between ambient light (such as sunlight and car headlights) and achieve reliable outdoor monitoring. ■Improved pole mounting (Back-to-back mounting) The adoption of a new pole mounting bracket has improved the workability when mounting back-to-back on poles. As a result, back-to-back mounting has become easier even at high altitudes.

■Strong against ambient light (Dual modulation method) By adopting our unique dual modulation method for infrared beams, we enhance the distinguishability from ambient light (such as sunlight and car headlights), achieving highly reliable outdoor surveillance. ■Strong against harsh environments (4-stage high-power beam) By employing a 4-stage high-power beam with 100 times sensitivity margin and 10 times distance margin, we reduce false triggers during adverse weather conditions such as fog, snow, and heavy rain. ■Energy-efficient design We have significantly reduced power consumption (to less than 50% of our previous models). This allows for the use of smaller power supplies compared to before, eliminating the need for thick wiring even over long distances, thereby greatly reducing wiring material costs. ■Green design We comply with the RoHS directive, which considers environmental impact. (We eliminate lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers.) (RoHS: A directive established by EU member states that restricts the use of specific hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.) ■Dustproof and splash-proof structure (IP65) Through improvements in insect-proof bushings and dedicated gaskets that envelop the wiring, we have achieved an IP65 rating (equivalent to IP67).
