At OptoQuest, we develop and manufacture laser light sources and wavelength converters that combine laser crystals and wavelength conversion materials. <Product Introduction> ■ Microchip Laser * Currently developing a high-energy type with over 10mJ. With a compact, lightweight head the size of a palm, it can be used for various applications such as laser processing, ablation, laser ultrasonic inspection, peening, environmental measurement, and mass spectrometry. NKT Photonics' supercontinuum laser is the only light source that achieves both high beam quality < 1.1, which is a critical metric during use, and long-term stable operation. This is a high-stability optical chopper capable of frequency modulation, composed of multiple photo-etched chopping disks. There are two types available based on the type of disk: a standard version and a dual frequency version. The standard version, consisting of five disks, covers a frequency range of 5Hz to 20kHz with all five disks. In contrast, the dual frequency version, made up of four disks, covers a range of 7.5Hz to 6kHz with all four disks. The chopping disks, made of non-magnetic, semi-hard brass, are designed for easy attachment and detachment from the head section, allowing for not only single disk use but also the possibility of stacking two disks for various applications.
