The liquid level detection set uses slight changes in air within the tube to check the liquid levels of various liquids. A weight with a cavity is attached to the liquid-contact side of the tube, and a liquid level sensor (sten level) is attached to the opposite side, all placed in a drip-proof case with a 5-meter signal wire. The Multi N2 Level Sensor is a device developed to measure the liquid level in a tank containing chemical solutions. It measures the level of liquid in processing tanks for cleaning devices such as semiconductors, LEDs, and LCD substrates, using N2 gas to gauge the liquid levels of chemicals in the equipment tank. When a liquid such as a chemical accumulates in a tank of a certain shape, the pressure exerted on the liquid surface includes atmospheric pressure plus liquid pressure. The N2 Level Sensor measures the pressure difference from the liquid surface to the bottom of the liquid and converts this into a numerical value representing the height (level) of the liquid. The N2 Level Sensor we sell has 2 channels, each capable of measuring 8 points of liquid level, making it a multi-type sensor. By connecting 2 tubes to a single tank, it can measure up to 16 points of liquid level. It has double the measurement capability compared to other multi N2 level sensors. Therefore, when the need arises to measure multiple levels, one device can handle it.
