In the process of verifying the effect of the shielding plate against the strength of the magnetic field (Oe), a study was conducted using a linear Hall IC. It was necessary to capture the fluctuation conditions below 1 (Oe), but since the sensors available on the market do not provide standalone performance, a combination of software processing on the measurement side and a high-precision measurement module was implemented to achieve a high-precision detection environment. Under the premise of a static magnetic field environment, it was utilized for verifying the shielding effect of the magnetic shielding plate through actual measurements and simulations.

Attention those struggling with magnetic properties! We are offering an FAQ document about the soft magnetic material "Permalloy," which has low coercivity and high permeability! A list of thicknesses is also included.

Permalloy is a nickel-iron alloy that contains 35-80% nickel (Ni) and is supplied in various forms such as sheets and rods, similar to many other metals. Its appearance is not significantly different from stainless steel or iron, but it possesses special properties that strongly attract magnetism. Due to its low coercivity and high permeability, it has a high magnetic shielding effect and a strong magnetic collecting action. It also exhibits a large output (magnetization) in response to fine input (magnetic field), and it increases the resistance (the ratio of voltage to current) in alternating current. As a result, it is applied in magnetic shielding rooms, magnetic shielding cases, magnetic shielding boxes, magnetic sensors, and various inductors (coils with windings on a core). Tunnel magneto-resistive sensor (TMR sensor) with high sensitivity and accuracy

 Various magnetic sensors such as the Hall sensor, are widely used for the realization of an advanced IoT society. In particular, magnetic sensors based on the tunnel magnetoresistance effect (TMR sensor) discovered at Tohoku University has made dramatic progress in increasing sensitivity, making it possible to detect a weak magnetic field such as bio-magnetic field.  However, the conventional TMR sensor did not achieve both high sensitivity and accuracy.  This invention is able to provide a TMR sensor with extremely high linearity output which is necessary to achieve high sensitivity and accuracy, by controlling the higher-order magnetic anisotropy of the used ferromagnetic material.

Highly sensitive and wide range magnetic sensors

Magnetic sensors with wide dynamic range and high sensitivity have been developed. Various types of sensors, such as SQUID magnetometers and Hall sensors, have been used. Cantilever-type magnetic sensors using mechanical resonant frequency have especially attracted attention because of their low power consumption, small size, and potential for wide dynamic range. However, while they exhibit high sensitivity near the resonance frequency, there is an issue that sensitivity and resolution are not sufficient for magnetic fields below the resonance frequency including DC magnetic fields.  The present invention relates to a cantilever-type magnetic sensor. The sensitivity and bandwidth can be adjusted electrically by introducing a magnetic excitation component. This enables high sensitivity and wide-band magnetic field detection. 【 For those who see this document 】  Since it is a seed for unpublished patents, it is possible to disclose the description after the conclusion of the IP contract.

By controlling an advanced magnetic circuit, it performs ON/OFF operations of electrical contacts, providing signals that correspond to the opening and closing of doors and lids. Unlike contact-type mechanical switches, the switch part does not suffer from wear-related failures and excels in durability, safety, and reliability. It can be screwed in from two directions: horizontal and vertical. There are two types of adhesive force: 3kgf and 1kgf. It can be used for various OA equipment such as copiers and printers, as well as door sensors for FA equipment.

The "FGS3-1000" can measure direct current magnetic fields (±1000μT) and alternating magnetic fields (1000μTo-Peak). It employs a parallel fluxgate method and outputs the X, Y, and Z axis components simultaneously. The "CS-2803K" converts the small magnetic fields generated by the input current into voltage.
