Introducing a case where a mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) was purchased with the manufacturing subsidy!

We would like to introduce a case study of a manufacturer that produces and sells analytical devices (such as automatic analyzers using the CFA method) for groundwater, drainage, and agricultural soil, utilizing subsidies. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company found it difficult to conduct in-person sales activities (demonstrations). In traditional demonstrations, it was necessary to temporarily suspend the customer's ICP-MS, which caused delays in the customer's analytical work. After the purchase, the company established a non-face-to-face sales method, leading to the sale of six units by November 2024. This resulted in improvements to the devices and contributed to enhancing the product's brand power through patent acquisition and paper writing.
