[Construction Effect Verification Case] Major Leisure Facility Air Conditioning Outdoor Unit
A case has been confirmed where significant energy-saving effects can be achieved through heat-shielding paint application!
We would like to introduce a case study on the effectiveness of heat-insulating paint applied to the outdoor units of a major leisure facility's air conditioning system. We selected outdoor units that had undergone heat-insulating paint application and those installed under the same conditions, and installed measuring devices to record the electricity consumption of the target outdoor units from 5 days to 2 weeks after the application. We verified the extent of the difference in power consumption based on whether the paint was applied or not. The average reduction rate in power consumption due to the heat-insulating paint application was approximately 27.8%, while the maximum reduction rate was about 25.7%.
