We would like to introduce a case study of the indoor general-purpose mobile robot "BUDDY" from SOCIAL ROBOTICS Co., Ltd., which was implemented in a bakery factory and store. The robot was introduced for inter-building transportation between the bakery factory and the attached store, as well as for in-store advertising, with a goal of operating 20 times a day through 5 round trips between the factory and store and circulating every 30 minutes within the store.
