Customized arrival notifications for private rooms! Multi-layered drawers for continuous delivery.
We would like to introduce a case study of the indoor general-purpose mobile robot "BUDDY" from SOCIAL ROBOTICS Inc., which has been implemented for delivery in karaoke room private spaces. It was introduced to alleviate the shortage of staff in the hall through the automation of drink delivery. The goal was to achieve over 100 operations per day, which was successfully accomplished at 100%. Additionally, since there are times when customers may not notice the indoor notifications, we added an LED and a pop-up next to the TV monitor. 【Case Overview (Excerpt)】 ■ Implementation Period and Number of Units: May 2022, 1 unit ■ Purpose of Implementation: Alleviating staff shortages in the hall through the automation of drink delivery ■ Implementation Goal: Over 100 operations per day ■ Items Transported: Drinks and light snacks ■ Operating Environment: 30 delivery rooms, with opening doors ■ Achievement Rate: 100% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
