Due to a request for burr repair, the upper surface of the inclined block in the center of the mold had a structure that contacted the cavity, but the adjustment of this inclined block was not done properly, which was the cause of the burr occurrence. The finishing factory that was expanded at the end of last year has a concrete thickness of 1 meter and a temperature of 23 degrees ± 1 degree!

Our company specializes in custom die set processing for resin molding and aluminum die casting. The new factory is located at the foot of the Yatsugatake mountains, with the factory foundation excavated down to a solid gravel layer, reinforced by 1 meter of ground stabilization and shaped with 0.8 meters of concrete. Additionally, the factory's outer walls are made of 0.1-meter thick German panels (P-panels), providing a top-class working environment in the country. Most of the machine tools are equipped with full-axis scales to ensure high-precision mold compatibility.
