The "Grid-Type Magnet Frame" is a magnet filter designed to adsorb and remove metal fragments, fine iron powder, and stainless steel wear powder that may be mixed into food, processed foods, and industrial materials. It captures fine iron powder using a high-power magnet with a diameter of 25mm and a maximum surface magnetic flux density of 1,200mT. Due to its grid design, it can remove more iron powder than a single magnet bar. The frame is expected to reduce the risk of magnet adhesion accidents. It is primarily installed within housings or piping. The junction between the magnet rod and the flat bar is fully welded with a rounded edge suitable for food use, and the screw heads used to secure the magnet rods are polished to ensure no gaps or grooves. It features a sanitary design for easy cleaning and a clean finish. Custom sizes can be made to order in 1mm increments. 【Features】 ■ The diameter of the magnet rod is φ25mm. It can also be produced in φ10, φ16, φ19, φ20, φ22, φ28, and φ32mm.
