The magnet rod is joined to a flat bar using full circumferential welding with rounded edges, and the screw heads for fixing the magnet rod are polished to eliminate gaps and grooves. Depending on the application, you can choose between a fixed type at both ends and a four-sided frame type. Customizations such as the number and diameter of magnet rods are also available.
