We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "OTRS" proposed to Nippon Express Co., Ltd. by Broadleaf Co., Ltd. Before the implementation, there was a problem where the productivity of work varied by as much as three times among staff members. Therefore, we proposed that with "OTRS," which allows for easy time tracking and analysis of individual tasks, they could be freed from analog tasks such as measuring with a stopwatch and analyzing in Excel, leading to increased efficiency. After implementation, staff noticed, "Even though it's the same task, my walking speed is different from that of the veteran staff! My hand movements are also different!"
