Plate heater

The material is SUS430/bonded steel plate! It can be attached to the side of a container filled with liquid for heating or insulation purposes.

The "plate heater" is a flat heater that consists of a mica board with a strip-shaped heating wire wrapped around it, insulated between two other mica boards, and further protected by a stainless steel plate as an outer casing. The power supply typically has lead wires coming out from the thickness part or has terminals (M5 bolts) raised on the surface. If there are obstacles such as bolt heads on the mounting surface, it is also possible to pre-process the plate heater with holes or notches to accommodate them.
