Self-lubricating, non-stick electroless fluoropolymer coating with excellent properties.
【Exhibition Participation!】Functional plating with excellent properties such as self-lubrication, non-stickiness, and water repellency.
"Electroless Ni-P/PTFE composite plating" is an electroless plating that contains PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) particles. Depending on the content of PTFE, it exhibits characteristic functionalities such as wear resistance and water repellency. It is a new type of functional plating that disperses and co-deposits fluororesin (PTFE) in electroless nickel plating. The coating combines the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and uniformity of electroless nickel plating with the self-lubricating, water-repellent, and non-stick properties of PTFE, making it applicable in various industrial fields. [Typical Coating Characteristics] ■ Self-lubricating… Excellent sliding properties due to the self-lubricating nature of PTFE ■ Non-stick… Excellent release properties in molds due to the non-stick coating ■ Low friction and wear resistance… Approximately 70% improved wear resistance compared to electroless Ni-P coatings ■ Water repellency… Excellent water repellency with a contact angle comparable to Teflon coatings *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
