"Fluorine Lubricating Plating (Fluorine Resin Composite Electroless Nickel Plating)" is characterized by excellent lubricity and is used for various purposes, including slip resistance, water repellency, oil repellency, and sound dampening. Since it is based on electroless nickel, uniform plating treatment is possible. The processing methods include barrel processing, racking processing, jig processing, and batch processing. As a base plating, electroless nickel is applied at approximately 1 to 2 μm, followed by the fluorine lubricating plating treatment.
