Polymer compound "HEC (Hydroxyethyl cellulose)"
The viscosity of the aqueous solution remains stable for a long time! It demonstrates excellent properties such as thickening, moisture retention, suspension, and protective colloids.
"HEC (Hydroxyethyl cellulose)" is a water-soluble polymer compound obtained by adding ethylene oxide to cellulose. The aqueous solution possesses excellent functions such as thickening, moisture retention, suspension, dispersion, and protective colloid, and is used in various fields. Additionally, there is an indicator that shows the degree of ethylene oxide addition, known as the average substitution molar number (MS), which is controlled between 1.5 and 2.5 for our HEC, varying by product grade. 【Features】 ■ Easily soluble in cold and warm water ■ The aqueous solution is stable at both low and high temperatures and does not gel ■ Nonionic and stable across a wide pH range ■ Exhibits excellent properties such as thickening, moisture retention, suspension, and protective colloid ■ Resistant to alteration, with the viscosity of the aqueous solution remaining stable over a long period *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
