Our company began with the manufacturing of spinnerets, which are key technologies in synthetic fiber production. The most important aspect of spinneret manufacturing is the fine hole processing technology that ensures the discharge holes for synthetic resin are finished with high precision and high quality.
The accuracy of the discharge hole diameter is ±2μm, and the inner walls of the discharge holes are finished to a uniform roughness, with sharp edges free of burrs.
Based on fine hole processing technology, we have expanded our variations to include press processing, micro-drilling, electrical discharge machining, laser processing, and FIB processing.
