Why does rust occur right after preprocessing? The pitfall of the rainy season.
Rust immediately after preprocessing may actually be caused by condensation in the factory. We will explain measures for the rainy season to summer.
Right after the pretreatment, it is already rusting. The rust may be caused by condensation due to humidity. In an environment with 80 percent humidity, the recurrence of rust due to condensation doubles. ────────────── ■ Cause of Occurrence From the rainy season to summer, temperature differences within the factory can easily cause condensation on the surface of materials. The metal surface right after pretreatment is particularly prone to rust, and the condensed moisture directly turns into red rust. ■ The Truth Even if there is no problem with the pretreatment itself, rust can occur simply due to temperature differences in the storage location. Special caution is needed when moving items from an air-conditioned room to the outdoors due to the temperature difference. ■ Improvement Measures Shorten the time from pretreatment to painting, and manage the temperature and humidity of the storage location. If possible, use a dehumidifier to keep humidity below 80 percent. Please refer to the materials for managing pretreatment during the rainy season.
