We handle the "Furcarbon," a thick plate made of CFRP for cutting processing, used in our "Ultra-Lightweight Hydraulic Internal Piping Processing Tool." As long as there is no loosening or tightening of bolts due to setup changes, direct tapping processing can be performed without issues, and G threads are used for hydraulic plugs. Basically, we process it with the same man-hours as regular processing, so the processing cost does not differ significantly from standard aluminum processing.
