The 'X-CLAMP' is a high load capacity 3D curved surface universal clamp fixture that can be attached to machine vises and solves these problems all at once. Each pin is pushed up by an independent spring, allowing it to conform to the shape of irregularly shaped objects, clamping the workpiece securely from both sides like a vise. It can tighten with a maximum of 7 to 12 KNm (approximately 500 to 1200 Kgf), making it suitable for machining processes such as drilling, milling, and deburring.
