We would like to announce that as of April 1, 2021, "Hiroki Kiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd." and "Yamamoto Shokai Co., Ltd.", both group companies of Daikure Co., Ltd., have merged. Hiroki Kiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd. will continue to exist and inherit all rights and obligations of Yamamoto Shokai Co., Ltd., which will be dissolved. In conjunction with this merger, Hiroki Kiki Seisakusho Co., Ltd. will change its company name to "Creole Co., Ltd." In addition to the engineering department that was strengthened last April, this merger will also establish a trading company division, allowing us to respond more broadly to the needs of our clients than ever before.
