Our unique manufacturing method, the "thermal gel molding method," has made it possible to achieve shapes and sizes that were previously deemed impossible with conventional ceramics. The "thermal gel molding method" allows for various forms to be created by injecting a slurry of ceramic solvent into a "mold" and heating it to solidify without shrinkage, thus solidifying the solvent as well. Additionally, since there is no contact with metals throughout the entire process, there is no contamination from impurities. Please consult us from the design stage! We are a ceramics manufacturer that fulfills your requests.
