Fam Corporation offers the best measurement methods to meet our customers' various product measurement requirements. Our precision measuring gauges and jigs are used across various industries, including precision machinery, and we accommodate production from a single unit. We also support accuracy from the 1μm order and, of course, comply with geometric tolerances such as flatness, parallelism, and positional tolerance. We can handle everything from the design to the production of gauges with special shapes, so if you have any issues with product inspection, product measurement, visual inspection, or in-process inspection, please feel free to contact us. Recently, we have been producing special measuring instruments that can easily measure hole diameters, chamfer diameters, and C-face diameters, as well as measuring instruments that can confirm the effective length of shapes while simultaneously checking the shape's contour. We also manufacture hexalobular gauges and compact vises that are optimal for measuring instruments such as image measuring systems and three-dimensional measuring machines, eliminating the need for cumbersome setup changes due to their six-sided structure with corners.
