We received a request from a customer to conduct inspections of the mouth diameter in numerical form, and after consulting with Mitutoyo, we devised this measuring instrument. It can be manufactured in a variety of configurations tailored to the customer's inspection objects, including desired angles and sizes. In addition to C-face measurement, chamfer measurement, and mouth diameter measurement, it can also measure hole diameters and inner diameters all with this one device. Customers using this device have highly praised it, noting that it allows for easy numerical inspections on the work site, significantly reducing the time compared to traditional measuring instruments and increasing production speed.
