Our company not only specializes in hard chrome plating for our own products but also handles "re-plating" for products from other companies. For the pearlescent finish, we first strip the plating using chemicals and then perform preliminary processing with a polishing machine. We utilize our unique polishing machines and combine multiple machines tailored to the parts being re-plated to carry out necessary treatments, such as removing harmful scratches on the wire. For the mirror finish, we adopt electrolytic plating and use a silicon fluoride bath that is compatible with the wire. PMV (Peak Muban) is a new technology that combines printing techniques with various molding techniques to transfer patterns and characters onto a resin surface in the form of ink shapes only. Transparent resin with PMV decoration can emit light by guiding it from edges using various light sources such as LEDs, causing the transferred unevenness of the ink shapes to glow, making the patterns and characters stand out. Additionally, the types of resins that can be used range widely, including acrylic, and the press method can accommodate decoration dimensions of up to 800×600mm.
