193 nm, 213 nm, 244 nm, 257 nm, 266 nm FHG generation semiconductor laser system
The deep ultraviolet semiconductor laser system from TopTika is an ideal single-frequency laser light source for many demanding applications, including lithography, optical testing & inspection, and holography.
This laser system can continuously oscillate DUV wavelengths down to 193nm using FHG generation technology. By adopting an all-solid design based on semiconductor lasers, it offers advantages over traditionally used gas lasers in many aspects, such as electrical/optical conversion efficiency, device size, lifespan, and consumable costs.
