No need for labor-intensive concentration adjustment work, and dripping work is also easy. Inspection reports can also be issued.

We provide a "sodium deoxycholate solution" that can be used for bile solubility tests to identify Streptococcus pneumoniae. The liquid reagent is pre-adjusted for concentration, eliminating the need for cumbersome concentration adjustments. The container uses a dropper bottle, making the dropping process easy. By using the bile solubility test in conjunction, more accurate species identification is possible. 【Features】 ■ Two concentrations available: 2% and 10% ■ Enables bile solubility tests for identifying Streptococcus pneumoniae ■ Pre-adjusted concentration as a liquid reagent ■ Inspection report can be issued *You can view the product introduction materials and a comprehensive catalog featuring many products we handle by clicking the download button below.

Scoring of atopic dermatitis model using BioSta AD

We will introduce the scoring of an atopic dermatitis model using BioSta AD.

In the atopic dermatitis model using BioSta AD, after destroying the skin barrier with 4% SDS, the product is applied to the dorsal and auricular areas of the mice twice a week at a dosage of 100 mg/mouse. The induction period is approximately 3 weeks (totaling 6 applications). Ultimately, a total of 600 mg of the product will be applied. In this model, symptoms begin to appear from weeks 1 to 2 after application, with an incidence rate of about 80% observed by weeks 3 to 4. 【Scoring】 [Redness and bleeding (observing redness and bleeding symptoms on the back)] ○0: Asymptomatic; no redness or bleeding symptoms observed on the back ○1: Mild; localized redness observed on the back, with no bleeding associated with continuous scratching ○2: Moderate; scattered redness observed on the back, with no bleeding associated with continuous scratching ○3: Severe; widespread redness observed on the back, with bleeding associated with continuous scratching For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
