Introducing a case study on the use of screw pumps for the transportation of thawed meat!

We would like to introduce an example of transporting thawed meat in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics fields. We received a request to transport frozen meat (cut pieces) with as little water mixed in as possible. Introducing a case of using a screw pump for the transportation of pharmaceutical gel!

Here is an example of the transfer of pharmaceutical jelly in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics field. Previously, we used manual cleaning, but we received a request to switch to CIP cleaning to improve line efficiency. As a result, we introduced a screw pump. We created a line that allows for both jelly transfer and CIP cleaning with a single pump, achieving simplification of the line and improved workability. We will introduce an example of transferring low moisture content additives in the paper and paint fields. Until now, there were no pumps available for transfer, so filling drums was done manually, which required too much labor and led to health issues for some workers. We would like to introduce a new case of mixing powder and liquid using a twin-screw pump with mixing capabilities (blending pump). In this case, by mixing with a liquid, a powder that becomes highly viscous can be uniformly mixed in a short time with just one pump, simplifying the manufacturing process that traditionally required a kneader or stirring device. Immediately after the powder is introduced, it can be observed floating on the surface of the water, whereas after 10 minutes of circulation, a thick, homogeneous liquid with high viscosity is produced.
